Local tourist tax of 2.90 Euro per night/per person. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

All rooms feature air conditioning, a balcony and wooden floor, shower, WC, hair-dryer, Flat-TV, safe, free W-LAN and phone. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

The rates are in Euro and include half-board per person and day. For reservations of fewer than 3 days, a surcharge of 10% is added. The "Breakfast Only"-Option costs 10 Euro less than the price of the half-board.

    The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is an advantage card, which is included in the room price.
    Included services:
    • Use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network: all city and extra –urban buses
    • Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner/Brennero –Trento, Mals/Malles –Innichen/San Candido). The card is not valid on Italian InterRegional trains or on OEBB, DB, Eurostar or Intercity trains
    • The PostBus Switzerland between Mals/Mallesand Müstair
    • The cable cars to Ritten/Renon, Meransen/Maranza, Mölten/Meltina, Vöran/Verano and Kohlern/Colle
    • The narrow-gauge railway inRitten/Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain
    • One free admissionto about80 museums in South Tyrol

Prices for children: 0 - 2,9 years 100%, 3 - 6,9 years 60%, 7 - 13,9 years 40% and from 14 years 30% on the HB price.

Dogs are welcome and are charged Euro 12,00 per day (no food included).

Optional garage parking space is available at Euro 10,00 per day.

Therme Merano: 10% discount for admission to the thermal Merano, and also for the spa, beauty and fitness www.thermemeran.it.

Payment: we accept Visa, Mastercard and cash.

Check-in starts at 1 p.m. We kindly ask to communicate if you plan to arrive later than 6 p.m.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
0% = 21 days prior to the date of arrival (the deposit will be refunded)
60% = 8-20 days prior to the date of arrival
80% = 1-7 days prior to the date of arrival
100% = no show and for the day of arrival
