Local tourist tax of 2.10 Euro per night/per person. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
All rooms feature a balcony and wooden floor, bathtub or shower, WC, hair-dryer, Flat-TV, safe, free W-LAN and phone. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
The rates are in Euro and include half-board per person and day. For reservations of fewer than 3 days, a surcharge of 10% is added. The "Breakfast Only"-Option costs 10 Euro less than the price of the half-board.

What is the MeranCard?
The MeranCard includes a number of services:- Use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol
- Rides on public cable cars in South Tyrol, which include the cable cars to Renon/Ritten, San Genesio/Jenesien, Maranza/Meransen, Meltina/Mölten, Colle/Kohlern and Verano/Vöran as well as the the narrow-gauge railway on the Ritten Mountain and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain. Private cable cars are not included
- One-time entrance to more than 90 museums in South Tyrol
- 10% discount on bike and ski rentals at "Papin Sport" and "Sportservice Erwin Stricker" rental stations
Prices for children: 0 - 2,9 years 100%, 3 - 6,9 years 60%, 7 - 13,9 years 40% and from 14 years 30% on the HB price.
Dogs are welcome and are charged Euro 12,00 per day (no food included).
Optional garage parking space is available at Euro 10,00 per day.
Therme Merano: 10% discount for admission to the thermal Merano, and also for the spa, beauty and fitness www.thermemeran.it.
Payment: we accept Visa, Mastercard and cash.
Check-in starts at 1 p.m. We kindly ask to communicate if you plan to arrive later than 6 p.m.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
0% = 21 days prior to the date of arrival (the deposit will be refunded)
60% = 8-20 days prior to the date of arrival
80% = 1-7 days prior to the date of arrival
100% = no show and for the day of arrival
